			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In my opinion, one of the quickest ways to add power and distance is by strengthening the<a href="http://www.bestfreegolftips.com/golf-muscles-used-power-golf-swing/"> muscles used in your golf swing</a>. <strong>Simple golf exercises</strong> you can do in just minutes a day will have a dramatic impact on your driving distance. I&#8217;ve mentioned this before, but focusing on core rotational exercises with resistance (i.e. dumbbells, tubing, medicine) will have a profound affect on your ability to <strong>hit longer drives</strong> effortlessly. The below video shows you how simple (and fun) these golf exercises are, and you can see they are very golf specific. No general fitness here!</p>

<p>This exercise will not only strengthen your core golf muscles for more power and clubhead speed, but give you a bigger turn both on your backswing and your through swing. I like to do this one 2-3 times per week in my home when I want a little break from the computer. I also like to do it in front of a mirror, to make sure I&#8217;m doing it correctly. You can also incorporate it into your <a href="http://www.bestfreegolftips.com/how-to-practice-your-golf-swing-in-winter/">golf practice</a>.</p>
